MON-GN
A specialised online store, designed and run as a real production system: traffic, orders, customers.
The problem
An online store that grows by stacking plugins collapses at the first traffic peak. MON-GN had to stay fast, reliable and maintainable, with real customers and real orders at stake.
What I built
- A modular PrestaShop architecture, with no uncontrolled plugin pile-up
- Custom modules: synchronisation, security, catalogue management
- Real-time stock synchronisation
- Advanced caching mechanisms
- Automation workflows for recurring tasks
- Server monitoring and technical SEO optimisation
My role
Everything: design, development, hosting, security, operations and product evolution.
What it proves
- Handling the concrete: customers, orders, real errors
- Securing exposed infrastructure and keeping it up under pressure
